Request a Transcript
Current XHS Seniors
Log into your Naviance Student account. Select the option to indicate that you have applied to the college for which you are requesting a transcript. If it is a Common App school, please be sure to indicate whether or not you are using the Common App. If yes, then go through the Common App matching process. If you need assistance, please contact your counselor.
Current XHS Students
If you need a grade report on XHS letterhead to apply for a good student insurance discount, please contact Mrs. Carpenter.
Recent Graduates
You DO NOT login to your Naviance Student account to request transcripts after you have graduated and grades have been rolled over (usually mid-June). We will send out your final transcript to the college you indicated you were going to attend. Once your final transcripts have been sent, you are considered an alumni and will need to make future requests through Parchment.
Alumni
Order your credentials from Parchment. Transcripts requested via Parchment are sent securely to the colleges, universities, or scholarship funds that you select. You may track your request online. You will also receive an email notification when we approve your transcript request and again when your transcript is mailed (or delivered electronically, based on the delivery preference that you select).
Additional Transcript Resources
If you took a dual enrollment class while at Xavier High School, the class will appear on your Xavier transcript. However, many colleges will want a transcript from the college the course was offered through. Here are links to request transcript from those schools offering dual enrollment courses at Xavier.
