Xavier Schools Care Program

Before Care

Our Before Care program provides free choice play options for your child from 7:00 am until the start of school. Our staff will accompany your child to his or her classroom when the school day is ready to begin. The cost is $7.00 per session.

Extended Care

Extended Care is conveniently offered Monday through Friday from 8:15 am - 3:15 pm, to provide care during school hours that are outside of class time. This is for students enrolled in our morning or afternoon Pre-K3 and 4K programs.

Your child will enjoy educational and play activities and a short rest period in the afternoon. Lunch is available for purchase through our lunch program. Two sessions of Extended Care are offered. The cost is $25.00 per session.

After Care

We offer two sessions of After Care on full school days. Your child can bring a snack from home, get help with homework, and participate in indoor and outdoor free-choice play in our nurturing school environment.

3:15 pm - 4:30 pm | $7.00 per session

3:15 pm - 6:00 pm | $14.00

Summer Care is where friendships bloom, creativity flows, FUN is mandatory, and faith strengthens! Registration is open and space is available for Summer Care 2024 "Let the Games Begin".

Summer Care is a continuation of the Care Programs offered through the school year. It is offered to those who are registered for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year for PreK-3 through 6th grade. Preschool friends need to be three years old, independent in the bathroom, and a registered student for the upcoming school year.

Summer Care offers children opportunities to participate in theme-based activities to enrich and inspire each child's interests while enhancing individual learning. Summer Care attendees will explore their community with field trips, show their creative style through performing and visual arts, build self-confidence through team building, grow with their faith and participate in STEM activities.
