Transportation

Hawk Spirit Shop
Show your Hawk pride and support the HSA and Booster Club. Shop our online Hawk Spirit Shop.
Scrip
Xavier families can save money on tuition expenses by purchasing Scrip! Visit the Scrip page for more information.
Volunteering
We love our volunteers! Please reach out to your campus office to ask how you can volunteer. All parents/adults must complete the Safe Environment Program prior to volunteering. Download the Become a Volunteer! flyer for more information. Email Sara Stammer or call 920-735-9380 with questions.
Parish Membership
Students at supporting parishes are eligible for the parish member tuition rate. Visit the Tuition & Affordability page for information. Email Karen Bendel if you change your parish membership.
Tuition
Blackbaud Tuition is our tuition processing partner. Their Customer Service Department will reach out to you via email to establish a new tuition account. Email Karen Bendel or call 920-735-9380 with questions.
PowerSchool
PowerSchool is our Student Information System. It allows you to track your child's grades, academic progress, attendance, and lunch balances. Download the PowerSchool mobile app and use District Code MNJQ. Email Nate Tapelt or call your campus office with any questions.
Lunch
School lunches are provided by Chartwells. Accounts are pay-ahead programs. Visit the Lunch Program page to download the lunch menu. For instructions on adding money to your student's account through PowerSchool, download the PowerSchool Lunch Payment Instructions. You can also send a check to school in a sealed envelope with "Lunch" and your child's name on it.
Free and Reduced Lunch
If you are interested in applying for free and reduced meal eligibility, use the online application or download a paper application on the Lunch Program page.
