Hawks Connect

We are excited to announce Xavier Hawks Connect (via AlumniFire software), Xavier’s newest networking platform that connects Hawks with other alumni and community supporters looking to engage, hire and mentor!

Xavier alumni represent a diverse community of professionals who strive to help and work with each other. In today’s competitive world, our ability to work together as a cohesive and connected community has powerful networking advantages. Xavier Hawks Connect allows you to connect with other members of our community directly, whether it's to further your own career or lend a hand to a fellow Hawk.

Once an account is created, you can connect with other alumni and offer or seek career advice, informational interviews, introductions, mentoring, connections, resume reviews, and job shadowing opportunities. The networking platform is exclusively for Xavier alumni, our current faculty/staff, and current Xavier Catholic School students (allowing our students to connect with Xavier professionals for job shadowing, internships, and career advice).

Xavier Hawks Connect has a “job board” that will connect you to other Hawks who are hiring. This online program allows members of our community to offer or search for internships. There is even a heat map that can show you where other Hawks work around the country.

It’s simple to use by connecting either with LinkedIn, Facebook, or your email, and it takes about a minute to get started.
