As Xavier faculty and staff, you invest your time and talent every day to benefit our students. When you extend your contributions to include philanthropy, you express your belief in the Xavier mission and actively support our long-standing culture of excellence.
Please join us in support of our community by making a gift today to the Xavier Annual Fund, or to the cause or area you are most passionate about here at Xavier. Faculty and staff participation plays an important role in ensuring the continued success of Xavier, as well as influences giving from corporations and foundations, which often consider faculty and staff giving rates when determining their own support for Xavier.
Faculty & Staff Giving Results (Fiscal Year 2021- 2022)
We were truly blessed that last year our Xavier faculty and staff contributed $34,925 to help provide quality learning opportunities and experiences to our students. Your generosity helped make the difference in the lives of individual students and in pushing Xavier forward.

Faculty & Staff Giving Opportunities
Listed below are a few of the giving opportunities most frequently supported by faculty and staff. You may also choose to make your gift in support of any school or department, or to a number of important areas.
The Xavier Fund is our System’s annual appeal to generate funds for the current year. It allows the system to make sure that we are able to cover our budgeted costs for this fiscal year. Money to this fund supports the System's greatest needs including faculty and staff salaries and benefits, technology, Fine Arts, textbooks and supplies, and other expenses associated with operations. Gifts can be made through payroll deduction, via credit card, or by check and cover the period from July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023.
Celebrate is Xavier’s largest revenue generating event with all funds supporting the entire System. Opportunities for giving include gifts to the “Fund our Future” ask, event sponsorship, live and silent auction donations, and attendance. This year’s event is February 3, 2024.
Xavier Day is our annual day of giving at which time the Xavier community shares their passion and love for Xavier by making a donation, wearing Xavier apparel, and sharing their pride on social media. Over the years faculty and staff have played a key role in the success of this event by providing matching gifts and leading the charge in generating funds. Mark your calendars for Xavier Day 2024 on May 3, 2024.
The Xavier Catholic Schools System Foundation is the fund arm that focuses on long-term sustainability of Xavier. Each year the Xavier Foundation distributes gifts to the Xavier Fund to help the system meet its financial objectives. Currently, the Foundation has over 100 funds that support tuition assistance, athletics, fine arts, and individual departments and programs. Gifts to the Xavier Booster Club help enhance the athletic experience of our Xavier student-athletes and provide our community with opportunities to come together and share the Xavier spirit. Over the years, the Booster Club has played a key role in providing the extra touches that make Xavier sports so special as well as leading the charge for completion of numerous major projects. Each year the Booster Club sponsors an annual golf outing in the summer to generate support and conducts a Football Frenzy sweepstakes in the Fall.

Donations can be conveniently deducted from your paycheck. The table below shows examples of dollar amounts that can be deducted each payroll cycle. No gift is too small and combined with other gifts, makes an impact on our students. Give conveniently through one-time or ongoing payroll deduction by submitting a payroll withdrawal authorization to Human Resources.
