Sara Meyer
Principal XMS
Sara grew up in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She taught 5th grade in Mesa, Arizona for seven years before returning to Wisconsin. Always wanting to teach in a catholic school, Sara was thrilled to teach 5th grade at St. Pius Elementary School, now the Marquette Street Campus. In 2014, Sara took the position of 7th-grade science teacher at XMS and got hooked on working with middle school students. After receiving her master's degree in Educational Leadership in 2016, she fulfilled the role of associate principal until 2022 when she became the principal of Xavier Middle School.
Sara and her husband Clark love to get outdoors and are often scouting good campsites or national parks. Sara also loves reading, biking, and spending time with her four grown children.
