Tina Fairweather

My name is Tina Fairweather, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Xavier Elementary’s Marquette Street Campus. It is a true privilege to be part of the Xavier community and to walk alongside our students as they grow into lifelong learners and faithful followers of Christ.

In 2022, I earned a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Concordia University. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Child and Family Studies from UW–Stevens Point, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from UW–Superior. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the joy of serving in various roles in education, including classroom teacher, technology instructor, and elementary principal.

I am deeply passionate about Catholic education. I believe every child should have the opportunity to know and experience God’s love while discovering the joy of learning. My goal is to foster a school environment where students grow spiritually, academically, and socially as they uncover and develop their God-given gifts.

I am truly blessed to serve in Catholic education, and I look forward to building meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff at the Marquette Street Campus and across the Xavier system.
