Our commitment to fostering well-rounded individuals, deeply rooted in both knowledge and virtue, has been our guiding light. Today, we're thrilled to unveil our new strategic plan, which sets a clear path for the future of the St. Francis Xavier School System.
Pillars of Our Plan:
1. Academic Excellence: Our core mission is to provide students with rigorous academic programming that prepares them not only for college but for life itself. We aim to measure and showcase the success of our high school graduates and continue enhancing our literacy programs.
2. Faith Partnership: We remain dedicated to our role in helping students grow as Disciples of Christ. Defining a "Genuine Catholic School Experience" is a key objective to help us guide our students along the path to a successful future.
3. Xavier Family: We believe in fostering lifelong bonds within our community, encouraging students to live a life dedicated to service and faith. Our plan is rooted in building a strong Xavier Family for years to come.
4. Operating Excellence: To provide the best education, we must also focus on operational excellence. This includes evaluating and restructuring our salary structure, developing financial strategies, and working closely with parishes for sustainable growth.
In alignment with our strategic pillars, our plan encompasses both 1-year and 5-year objectives addressing the specific tasks that will propel us toward our intended destination.
By honing in on critical impact areas, including academics, admissions, advancement, and finance, we effectively direct our efforts toward the key objectives of our school system’s continued vitality and sustainability.
