TO APPLY

To apply, you must use a Gmail account, which can be a personal Gmail or school Gmail account.  A separate application is required for each student applying for a scholarship in the family.

Applications must be submitted through the Xavier online scholarship application program.

Students must be registered at Xavier Catholic Schools in good academic standing.

Students can apply for multiple scholarships and may reapply each year.

Please carefully review the scholarship essay requirements and complete your essays and scholarship materials before starting your online application.  You will upload your completed application materials to your account during the application process.

Essays must be original work written by the applying student.  Use of AI is not allowed.  All winning documents will be reviewed through AI.  If AI usage is found, the document and student will be disqualified.

This is a blind application process where identifying information is not shared with the selection committee.

You can upload 10 documents per application.  If you apply for multiple scholarships and have more than 10 document attachments, you may need to start a second application to accomplish this.

Please contact Theresa Rohm, Xavier Foundation Scholarship Coordinator, in the high school office with any questions.
