Lunch accounts are pay ahead programs. Lunch money can be added to your student's lunch account through your Blackbaud Tuition Management account or sent to school in a sealed envelope with "Lunch" with your student's name. You can also mail checks to the finance office. Please write "lunch/child's name" in the memo section.

New for 2022-2023

Add money to your student's lunch account through your Blackbaud Tuition Management account. Simply follow the link to Blackbaud, click on Purchase Optional Items, select the student's account and the dollar amount to add to their lunch account. You can pay using your checking, savings or credit card account.

Cost of Meals

$3.15 - Full Meal (includes entrée, unlimited fruits and vegetables, and one milk)
$3.25 - Entrée Only
$2.00 - Second Entrée

To create a Full Meal, lunch must include three of five items (listed below) on a tray with one of them being a fruit or vegetable. Otherwise, your student will be charged the $3.25 for an Entrée Only meal.  Milk is not required.
  1. Grain (bun, pizza crust, breading on a chicken patty)
  2. Meat/meal alternative (chicken, beef, cheese)
  3. Fruit
  4. Vegetable
  5. Milk

Free and Reduced Lunch

If you are interested in applying for free and reduced meal eligibility for your students, please submit a completed application via the Wisconsin DPI Free and Reduced Lunch Application website.

Food Service Management Request for Proposal

St Francis Xavier Catholic School System invites offers to submit proposals to furnish the following School Food Service Management services in accordance with the U.S Department of Agriculture and the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. Contract will be July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 with the option to renew up to 4 one year terms. The estimated dollar value of the awarded contract is $600,000 annually. This will include service at 4 schools.

Proposals must be received by the Vice President of Finance and Administration, St Francis Xavier Catholic School System, 101 E Northland Ave Appleton WI 54911, up until 2:00pm CST. Proposal close date March 14, 2023 at which time and place proposals received will be logged for evaluation. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Required attendance at Pre-Proposal meeting; organizations who intend to submit proposals are required to attend the pre-proposal meeting on February 27, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the following location: Xavier High School 1600 W Prospect Ave, Appleton WI. Only those organizations that have submitted a responsive proposal and attended required pre-proposal meeting will be considered in the evaluation process.
