Xavier High School Band Concert

Orientation Information 
Start of school information be sent to families in July. Watch for information being sent via email regarding dates and times.  Contact the campus office with any questions.

Freshman Welcome Mass and Ice Cream Social:
August 17 beginning at 6:00 pm in the theatre

Freshman Orientation Day:
August 23 from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Upperclassman Orientation Day on August 22:
Seniors - 9:00 am - 10:15 am
Juniors - 9:45 am - 11:00 am
Sophomores - 10:30 am - 11:45 am

School Supply List
Students should bring general school supplies and a laptop as the high school does not issue a supply list. See the Bring-Your-Own-Device page for device requirements and recommendations.

Lunch Account
Lunch accounts are pay-ahead programs. Information about lunch is sent before the start of school. Money for your student's account can be put in the deposit box on the brick wall near the front door.  Check out our Lunch Program page for the current lunch menu.

Mentoring at Xavier High School
Student Ambassadors is a peer orientation program that links new students with peer mentors. The Student Ambassadors work to ensure that there are ample opportunities for new students to get acclimated and involved to create a strong sense of community among students.

High School families will receive access codes at Orientation. Parents can sign up to receive communications and announcements by visiting the PowerSchool notifications tab. Please email Toni Schmidt or contact the school office with questions or to update your account.
