The Admissions staff is available all summer long should you need any help. We can be reached at (920) 735-9380 x5226 or by email to Admissions@XavierCatholicSchools.org. Lunch
Information will be sent with start of school materials. Our lunch accounts are pay ahead programs. Lunch money should be sent to school in a sealed envelope with "Lunch" and your child's name on it. At XE and XMS the lunch envelopes can be given to your child's homeroom teacher or be dropped off in the school office. At XHS the lunch envelopes should be put in the lunch money deposit box on the brick wall near the volunteer station.
If you have a question about a lunch balance, please contact kbendel@xaviercatholicschools.org or (920) 735-9380.

Mentoring at Xavier Catholic Schools
We offer programs to assist new transitioning students to their new school community through peer mentoring.
Xavier Middle School
WEB, which stands for “Where Everybody Belongs” is a middle school orientation and transition program that welcomes 5th graders and new students and makes them feel comfortable throughout the first year of their middle school experience. Built on the belief that students can help students succeed, the program trains mentors from the 8th grade class to be WEB leaders. As positive role models, WEB leaders are mentors and student leaders who guide the new students to discover what it takes to be successful during the transition to middle school and help facilitate new student success.
Xavier High School
Student Ambassadors is a peer orientation program that links freshmen, new students and prospective XHS students with junior and senior mentors. The Ambassadors work to ensure there are ample activities and opportunities for students new to XHS to get acclimated and involved. Student Ambassadors not only benefits new students at a crucial time, it allows upperclassmen to develop their own leadership skills and create a sense of community.
If you are a new family to Xavier Elementary or Xavier Middle School and would like to be matched with a current Xavier Family, please submit a request. System Family Mentor.

New families at the elementary and middle school will receive the access codes required to create a PowerSchool parent account linked to their child(ren) with their start of school packet. New families to the high school will receive the access codes at Orientation.
Parents can also sign up to receive urgent communications for school delays due to weather by going to the notification tab in PowerSchool and selecting text, email or voice option(s).
