COVID-19 Protocol & Procedures
How will families and staff be notified if a student or school staff member tests positive for COVID-19?
If your student is designated as a “close contact,” you will be contacted by the school and/or your local health department. Included in this communication will be guidelines for quarantining and monitoring your student for symptoms.
The Xavier System will also use our COVID-19 Daily Dashboard and System-wide communications to update families on situations that impact the Xavier community.
Families are encouraged to review and update their contact information and preferences in SwiftK12 (our emergency notification system) via PowerSchool. Directions for updating your contact information and preferences in PowerSchool are included in:

This data is intended to provide a snapshot of the number of students and staff out of school due to positive COVID-19 cases at a specific point in time. When students and staff have completed their quarantine and return to school, they are deducted from this data.
Information will be updated daily at 2:00 pm. Cases that come to our attention after 2:00 pm will be updated the following day. Weekend cases will be added on Monday.
