Welcome to Xavier Catholic Schools! We are thrilled and honored you have chosen our faith-based, academically excellent schools to partner with you on your child's educational journey!

We know that transitioning to a new school can be a bit overwhelming so we have collected and assembled many of our common questions and answers below for you as a resource. Admissions is available all summer long should you need any help.  be open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. -12:00   p.m. on most days. The first week after the end of the   school, we should be open Monday through Friday,   8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Then, right before school starts in
 August, we will also be open Monday through Friday,
 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

 August 1-20. The office will be open from 8:00 a.m. until   NoonMonday through Friday.
 August 21-24.  The school office will be closed so that all   staff may attend Staff Orientation Days.
 August 27. The office will be open from 8:00 a.m. until   Noon.  Parent Orientation Night will begin at 6:00 p.m. 
 that evening.
 August 28. We return to school year hours—7:45 a.m.   until 3:45 p.m.  August 28 is Backpack Drop Off and   Picture Day.

Mentoring at Xavier Catholic Schools
Xavier Middle School and Xavier High School offer programs called WEB (XMS) and Link Crew (XHS), which assists all new transitioning students become acclimated to their new school community through peer mentoring. PowerSchool is our ​S​tudent ​I​nformation ​S​ystem​ (SIS)​. It allows you​, ​as a parent​,​ to track your child's grades, academic progress, attendance, and lunch balances. New families at the elementary and middle school will receive the access codes required to create a PowerSchool parent account linked to their child(ren) with their start of school packet. The PowerSchool codes for Freshman will be available at the Mass/Ice Cream Social prior to school starting and the codes for new students going into 10th-12th will be mailed home prior to start of school. Xavier High School announcements can be sent to your parent email from the PowerSchool portal as well. Click here for​ the URL to log into​ PowerSchool. 

Parents can also sign up to receive urgent communications from the school system such as for school delays due to weather by going to the notification tab in PowerSchool and selecting text, email or voice option(s).

Orientation Information  
Start of school information will go out to your family directly from the campus over the summer.  XE and XMS families can expect information on Orientation/Back To School Night near the 2nd week of August.  XHS will reach out with Orientation information in July.

New families can begin purchasing SCRIP at any time for the 2018-2019 school year. Returning student families will be able to purchase SCRIP for the 18-19 school year from April 1, 2018 until March 31, 2019 and then the SCRIP cycle repeats.  Xavier Elementary Summer Park Play Dates 
 These informal gatherings are designed to be drop in and stay as   long as you can type events. There are no RSVPs, no rain dates and   no expectation other than come, see some old friends and make   some new ones this summer. Please take these opportunities to get   and stay connected to Xavier.

Reach out to the Transportation Department of your local School District to find out about transportation options.  Xavier Catholic Schools offers busing for XE and XMS students to and from St. Bernadette Parish as well as busing for XHS students from the Kimberly, Darboy and Sherwood area.  Information on XCS busing is available from John Ravizza at

Smart Tuition is our partner for tuition processing.
